Footings are required under each bench support; the footings must be level with each other to allow
the bench top to be level. Holes for drift pins should be drilled in the tops of the bench supports
and the underside of the bench tops. A mortar bed must be used on top of each footing
and each support to ensure a safe, level and durable installation.
